SK Real Estate has individual Expert Chartered Surveyors who regularly undertake residential property inspections for Housing Disrepair Purposes in connection with Landlord and Tenant Disputes. Inspections are carried out to establish the existence of possible Statutory Defects as defined by 5.11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and 5.4 of the Defective Premises Act 1972.
Our Expert Surveyors are able to act for either Landlord or Tenant with regard to such disputes and are fully conversant with the Civil Procedure Rules which help govern the process to be followed in litigation matters of this type.
